We all know a senior- they are our mothers and fathers, grandparents and neighbors.
While some elders may never require one of our service programs, many of these 75,000 seniors will come to rely on our help at some point in their lives. More Americans are living much longer than ever before, and as the Baby Boomers retire, the need for our services will be greater than ever.
Help keep our vital services stable …
The Council on Aging serves approximately 1,500 seniors each day of the week and another 300 on the weekend.
We could not even begin to take such good care of this community’s older adults without our 250 volunteers and 85 staff people.
If you wish to become a volunteer in any of our programs, please call Michele Leonard at 707-525-0143 ext 147 or email [email protected]
