Project Homeless Connect – San Jose

Project Homeless Connect - San Jose

San José Project Homeless Connect (PHC) seeks to be an integral resource in providing services and information to citizens of Santa Clara County who are trying to regain or maintain permanent housing.

Moving forward, your participation is vital in helping PHC bring resources to those most at need in our community. We need volunteers who can:

  • Assist with participant sign-in and site navigation
  • Donate/distribute food and hygiene items
  • Work as Spanish/Vietnamese translators
  • Conduct end-of-event evaluations with participants and service providers
  • Drive participants to and from the venue to referrals made at the event

Volunteering is easy

  • Sign up to volunteer on our Facebook page
  • Email phc@sanjoseca.gov with your name, phone number, email address, and the PHC at which you’d like to volunteer
  • Call (408)975-4441 to speak with the Project Homeless Connect Volunteer Coordinator

The information above can be found on the official website of Project Homeless Connect – San Jose. For more details about the organization and to find out how you can volunteer, please visit their website: http://www.sjhousing.org/homeless/phc.html
