OaklandCARES has merged with
Community Impact
, a Bay Area-wide
nonprofit organization that provides fun, flexible ways to volunteer
via "done-in-a-day" projects.
Community Impact organizes one day projects each week, in cooperation with a variety of local
non-profit organizations, to provide a chance for busy people of all ages to contribute valuable time
and energy to their communities.
