Lemonade – A Yoga Program

Lemonade provides ongoing weekly yoga classes to underserved youth in San Francisco’s juvenile justice system. Our program builds mentally and physically stronger youth, establishes self-awareness and focus, and encourages youth to listen to their bodies, take steps to change patterns, and integrate new life skills to ensure success.
We currently teach all youth in San Francisco’s Juvenile Hall (three units of boys and one unit of girls), and serve all youth at Log Cabin Ranch in La Honda, CA.

The information above can be found on the official website of Lemonade – A Yoga Program. For more details about the organization and to find out how you can volunteer, please visit their website: http://www.lemonadesf.org
