Volunteer Opportunities: Hotline Volunteer. We are currently looking for volunteers for our GI Rights Hotline. Help to stop the military machine by helping individual GIs get out! CCCO is part of a volunteer network of non-profit, non-governmental organizations who provide information on military discharges, grievance and complaint procedures and other civil rights. Volunteers go through a one day training, and make a 6 month commitment to volunteer at least 2 hours a week in our Oakland office. Volunteers answer hotline phone calls and emails.
